About products and suppliers

With a magazine to fill up nails, a stapler gun can easily help press nails or staples into material that customers want to transform or for other purposes. The arrow staple gun supports the use of nails from minimized length 1 1/4in to maximized nail length 2in, while manufacturers can choose to provide products suitable for different lengths to customers, and nail types suitable for stapler guns include U-shaped nails, T-shaped nails, door nails, straight nails and so on.

Three types of stapler guns and the differences between them

Based on different power sources, stapler guns can be divided into three types: pneumatic staple guns, electric staple guns and manual staple guns. A pneumatic staple gun is also called an air staple gun. It uses compressed air to drive nails into the material, with a grip that can be smooth or fluted for customers to grasp, behind which is usually an air plug and before which, an exhaust cover that can change the air outlet to avoid operators being hurt. As for the electric staple gun, battery and charging are two options as power supply. The former type, battery as power, is cordless so that customers can operate with more flexibility; the latter, charging as the power source, is with a cord for the machine to acquire electricity, which can be less flexible than the former, but customers have no trouble to consider the power of batteries and replace them regularly. When it comes to a manual staple gun, there will be a handle, usually made of steel, for customers to hold and a switch for strength adjustment. Customers must use their strength to press the handle and drive nails into the material.

The application of stapler guns

The application of stapler guns is of a rather broad range, from upholstery and carpentry to general repairs. For example, with various staple gun products for heavy-duty or light-duty nails, customers can assemble home furnishings like beds, electric lights and so on. For woodworking, they can piece together timbers to work out a variety of types of carpentry, such as wooden chairs or other interesting widgets like cat climbing frames. Besides, the stapler gun is also useful for daily and general repairs, especially those types suitable for light-duty staples. For instance, when windows have a breakdown, customers can use this tool to easily repair them instead of buying new ones, which is good for recycling.
