Damascus Steel of this Knife has High-Quality Contents to Give an Excellent Edge and Sharp Cutting Abilities. The hardness of the blade of this Knife is HRC 58-60 Sharpened to a Sharp Edge.

Care Instructions:

steel is high-carbon steel and will rust if not dried and oiled after use. Hand washes only with soap and hot water. Dry completely before oiling.
